Slow, supported practice for people who spend their days going fast. No performance, no pushing — just permission to rest.
I am a bohemian soul with a passion for movement, wellness, beauty, and the art of living well. Yoga has been my life’s work and greatest passion for almost two decades.
My journey began in Waikiki, Hawaii, where I completed my first yoga training in 2007. Since then, I have taught internationally across Los Angeles, Vancouver, Europe, and Dubai, where I have been based since 2013. Along the way, I became the first teacher to introduce Bikram Yoga in Saudi Arabia, opening and teaching in both Jeddah and Riyadh…

A slow, targeted practice to release tension held in the body. Long-held stretches open up the hips, shoulders, and spine — ideal after a long week at a desk.

A focused class on how your body actually moves. Careful attention to posture and alignment, so every other practice — on and off the mat — feels better.

The foundational practice — steady postures paired with breath. A gentle, grounding pace that builds strength and flexibility without rushing.

A dynamic, heated practice — 26 postures in a set sequence. A stronger, more energizing session for days you want to move and sweat.
